4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit copies of your KTP (Indonesian identity card), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. First-time Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of payment receipt, typically within minutes for most methods.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request Withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All active Bonus wagering requirements must be completed before Withdrawal.

5.3 Fees

10. Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues

rk77's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the claim.
